INSURANCE

Care should be accessible, and simple.

At General Wellness Collaborative, we believe getting help shouldn’t be complicated. We accept insurance to reduce barriers to care and we’ll gladly walk you through benefits, co‑pays, and deductibles so you know what to expect before your first session.

ACCEPTED PLANS

Carriers we work with

We are currently in network with the following plans.
Coverage can vary by product and employer group, so we always verify your specific benefits before care begins.

How billing works

01

Share your plan

Tell us your carrier and member ID when you reach out. We’ll verify your mental health benefits before your first visit.

02

Know your costs

We will verify benefits and provide the best estimate we can, but final patient responsibility is determined by the insurance carrier and may not be known until the claim is processed.

03

Start care

Once benefits are confirmed, we schedule your first session — in person in Camarillo or by telehealth across California.

Insurance Questions

What if my plan isn’t listed?

Reach out anyway. Plans and networks change, and we can often verify coverage or discuss out-of-network and self-pay options.

Do you bill insurance directly?

Yes. For in-network plans we bill your carrier directly, and you’re responsible only for your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible.

Is TRICARE accepted for active duty and military families?

Yes. We’re proud to serve service members, dependents, and retirees, and we understand the referral and authorization steps involved.

Can I pay privately instead of using insurance?

Absolutely. Some clients prefer self-pay for added privacy or flexibility.
Dr. Knoll & Dr. Sirianni: $250 per session
