Aaron Caluza is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges. His approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment based therapy, and trauma informed care, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand their emotional experiences, relationship patterns, and connections with others.

Aaron has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples and has received specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Brainspotting. His clinical work focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients can explore difficult emotions, process past experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and the people in their lives.

Before becoming a clinician, Aaron spent more than a decade in pastoral leadership. This experience shaped his appreciation for the ways relationships, personal values, meaning, and life experiences can influence emotional wellbeing. For clients who wish to incorporate spirituality or faith into therapy, Aaron is comfortable integrating those perspectives into treatment while respecting each client’s individual beliefs and preferences.
Aaron earned both his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Youth Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
